Enjoy a long weekend or three days during the week, relax and enjoy the first few days of the programme and the beautiful view of the Bay of Islands. We will do a personal initial consultation, discussing the programme and science behind it to get you off on the best possible start. Then you can eat to your hearts content for the first two days! We can certainly recommend a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and vineyards throughout the region. Meanwhile you can experience everything the Bay of Islands has to offer as you will only be 5 minute walk to Paihia town centre, a quick ferry to quaint Russell & 20 minute drive to Kerikeri (where our clinic is situated).
